Why My Vision Board Worked (When New Year’s Resolutions Didn’t)

For years, I made New Year’s resolutions.
Every January, I started full of motivation and good intentions. I would write my goals down, promise myself consistency, and truly believe this would be the year I followed through.
And then life would happen.
By March, most of those resolutions were gone.
This year was different.
For the first time, I made a vision board. I did not just create it and forget about it. I set it as my phone wallpaper, so I saw it every single day. And honestly, it worked wonders.

Before this year, I thought vision boards were just motivational collages. Nice to look at, but not very practical.
